Over the last decade I've led design across enterprise platforms, consumer products, and internal tools — building design systems, growing teams, and partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to turn ambiguous business problems into clear product direction.

How I work
I'm happiest at the intersection of design, product, and technology — where the business is trying to answer a hard question and the team needs someone to bring structure without flattening the nuance.
My background in front-end development means I can pressure-test ideas against what's actually shippable. My work in design systems means I care about consistency and long-term maintainability, not just launch day. And my time as a manager has taught me that the highest-leverage design work is usually the work I do with people rather than for them.
Outside of work, I'm into cars, family, being outdoors, and art. I've been participating in Inktober since 2019.
